1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ck44bat website, mobile interface, or any associated service, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and that you unconditionally agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the player) and ck44bat (the operator). 2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

3 Account Registration and Verification

As part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) process, we may require you to submit identity and address verification documents before processing your first withdrawal or at any subsequent point deemed appropriate by our compliance team. Acceptable documents include:

4.3 Prohibited Payment Practices

The following practices are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Before closure, any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to standard KYC requirements. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

8.2 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether voluntary or initiated by ck44bat — all pending bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules and any resulting winnings (if legitimate) credited to your balance. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ck44bat's total liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. ck44bat is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss or damages arising from your use of the platform, including any loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

These Terms & Conditions do not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation that cannot be excluded by contract.
